Today we: chose new groups and clean-up jobs. The helpers for next week will be CJ and Haily. We did not do word work because Friday housekeeping took longer than planned. After a short time in Literacy Block, the students went to their last lesson of gymnastics with Mr. Newton.
After snack, the students got to enjoy their full hour of Minecraft. All points and stars were earned this week and some even chose to go on Prodigy instead to work on their math skills! I was very impressed to see so many interested in doing more math.
We watched a video about electricity and magnetism before heading outside to end the day in the beautiful spring weather! We tapped into our 5 senses to find what we could see, smell, touch, hear and taste (no one ate anything, don't worry!).
